Right of withdrawal

Applies to

Contracts concluded as distance contracts (for example, online, by telephone or by email) or away from DEE’s business premises.

A statutory right of withdrawal does not arise solely because a contract was concluded entirely in person at DEE’s business premises.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example, a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

“I expressly request that DEE begin providing the booked service before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

I understand that, if I exercise my right of withdrawal, I must pay reasonable compensation for the services provided up to that point.

In the case of services, my right of withdrawal will expire early only once DEE has provided the service in full and has begun providing the service only after receiving my express consent and my confirmation that I understand that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.”
